The project is a Residential Palace consisting of three floors a covered swimming pool, men’s diwania, outside sitting, Arabic tent, parking areas, boundary walls, and gardens and landscaping. All centrally air-conditioned with a built-up area of 4,000 m2.

Project handed over in 1995
